What Youll Do As a Software Engineering Intern youll dive into Rubriks cutting-edge technologies and work on challenging technical projects across various product areas. Projects could include

Designing and implementing machine learning models to enhance core functionalities. Optimizing tools to improve workflows for Rubriks engineering teams. Developing robust new security features for Rubriks products. Conducting exploratory research on emerging technologies.

Basic Qualifications Availability to work full-time starting January 11 2027 - May 7 2027 at our headquarters in Palo Alto CA. Pursuing a BS MS or PhD in Computer Science or a closely related field. Expected graduation date in December 2027 or Spring 2028. Proficiency in one or more industry-standard programming languages e.g. Java Go Python C&43&43 Objective-C JavaScript. Familiarity with fundamental computer science concepts such as algorithms data structures operating systems concurrency and distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications Hands-on software engineering experience through internships competitive coding challenges significant academic projects or research publications.
