We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join the Software Engineering team. The client is a company dedicated to improving health outcomes through innovative pharmacy services and healthcare solutions.
Position Summary
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering end-to-end features, from the user experience through backend services. The role focuses on delivering innovative, scalable solutions using modern technologies with a cloud-first and Agile mindset.
The engineer will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate across multiple teams, contribute to key technical decisions, and provide solutions to complex problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain end-to-end application features across frontend and backend.
- Design and develop user interfaces using Angular UI.
- Develop backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Take ownership of specific system components and ensure seamless integration within the overall architecture.
- Analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective, scalable solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Support and mentor team members by sharing technical expertise and best practices.
- Contribute to improving development processes, quality standards, and overall team performance.
- Apply cloud-first and Agile development practices.

Education
- Bachelor s degree required
Industry Experience
- Yes Healthcare/Pharmacy industry experience is preferred/required per client request.
Work Arrangement
- Location: Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL
