    Client & Project

    We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join the Software Engineering team. The client is a company dedicated to improving health outcomes through innovative pharmacy services and healthcare solutions.

    Position Summary

    As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering end-to-end features, from the user experience through backend services. The role focuses on delivering innovative, scalable solutions using modern technologies with a cloud-first and Agile mindset.

    The engineer will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate across multiple teams, contribute to key technical decisions, and provide solutions to complex problems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain end-to-end application features across frontend and backend.
    • Design and develop user interfaces using Angular UI.
    • Develop backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
    • Take ownership of specific system components and ensure seamless integration within the overall architecture.
    • Analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective, scalable solutions.
    • Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
    • Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
    • Support and mentor team members by sharing technical expertise and best practices.
    • Contribute to improving development processes, quality standards, and overall team performance.
    • Apply cloud-first and Agile development practices.

    Required / Must-Have Skills

    1. Angular UI
    2. Spring Boot
    3. Java Full Stack Development

    Nice-to-Have Skills

    • Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) experience
    • Healthcare / Pharmacy domain experience
    • Cloud technologies

    Education

    • Bachelor s degree required

    Industry Experience

    • Yes Healthcare/Pharmacy industry experience is preferred/required per client request.

    Work Arrangement

    • Location: Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL
    • Work Model: Hybrid
    • Extension: Depends on performance
