Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
- 5 years of experience in Java
- 5 years of experience in Oracle PLSQL
- 5 years of experience in AWS Spring Boot
- Prior work experience in the Banking Financial industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Spring Boot
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle Applications PLSQL
- Client Communication skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, taking responsibility for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Apply deep technical knowledge to design and implement robust software components that meet business requirements.
- Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Analyze complex challenges and propose innovative solutions that improve system performance and reliability.
- Engage with stakeholders to align technical approaches with business goals and project timelines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance development processes and quality standards.
