  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, functionality, and maintainability, and seek feedback to continuously improve skills.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
  • Follow and help reinforce the team's development processes and standards, helping peers understand the benefits and risks of exceptions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools and stay current with emerging front-end and agentic UI technologies.

AI-Enabled Delivery

  • Utilize approved AI-assisted engineering tools, such as GitHub Copilot, to accelerate software development, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.
  • Evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs for correctness, security, maintainability, compliance, and business appropriateness before use.
  • Learn and adopt the prompts, skills, agents, and AI-assisted development patterns defined by the team and share improvements that benefit the team.
  • Identify opportunities to improve engineering productivity and quality through AI-enabled workflows and automation.

Governance and Compliance

  • Follow enterprise policies governing AI usage, intellectual property protection, security, privacy, PHI handling, and Responsible AI practices.
