You will coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, team leads, and engineers to refine ceremonies, increase delivery predictability, and adopt effective Agile techniques. This role emphasizes hands-on coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and practical guidance that aligns with real engineering workflows. • Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• 9+ years of hands-on Agile experience (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or similar frameworks)
• A strong background in software engineering to support credible coaching of technical teams and cross-functional engineering groups
• Experience coaching diverse engineering roles, including systems, test, and project leadership
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills across a wide range of stakeholders
• Proven ability to help teams improve planning, execution, flow, and collaboration
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile lifecycle management tools
• A pragmatic, context-driven approach to Agile that fits within complex program environments.
• Experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or technical team lead
• Familiarity with program-level planning, integration points, and cross-disciplinary coordination
• Experience coaching mid-level leaders (e.g., Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, Control Account Managers (CAMs), or cross-functional leads)
• Exposure to scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe or Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)
• Agile certifications such as International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent
• Awareness of systems engineering practices, test activities, and modern engineering workflows (e.g., Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps), Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CI/CD), Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)).
