This role is ideal for someone who has a strong attention to detail, and enjoys collaborating with a variety of technical and non-technical cross-functional partners.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain full-stack internal tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.Automate processes and workflows using modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Hack).Build and enhance backend systems to support data management and operational needs.Establish and advise on technical best practices for software development, including code quality, security, and scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., attorneys, Data Science, Data Engineering) to gather requirements and provide technical counsel.Create and maintain internal documentation for tools, systems, and workflows to ensure knowledge sharing and operational continuity.Stay up to date on new technologies and internal systems relevant to operational excellence, and help non-technical partners understand their capabilities and limitations.This role will be responsible for supporting the Legal team.
