Software Engineers ($122,573-$133,000 depending on level)

Seeking 3-8 years of experience

Take charge of the 4Insite Platform's technical direction as you build high‑performance backend systems, optimize databases at scale, and deliver AI‑driven capabilities using Django, Python, SQL, and Postgres. You'll guide architecture, mentor engineers, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive cloud‑ready, scalable solutions across AWS and modern DevOps practices.
