Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Plans, coordinates, and conducts software development activities.

• Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs software for business and mission applications.

• Applies appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the software development life cycle.

• Utilizes knowledge of computer hardware, software, and information processing techniques for software development.

• Corrects program errors and prepares operating instructions.

• Compiles documentation of program development and analyzes system capabilities.

• Resolves questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.

• Ensures software standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.

• Develops software using C++ programming language.

• Uses Git for version control, Docker or Podman for containerization, Linux operating system, and ROS for robotics applications.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Experience in software development activities including planning, coordination, and execution.

• Experience designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging software for business or mission applications.

• Knowledge of computer hardware and software for software development.

• Experience applying software development standards, processes, procedures, and tools.

• Experience correcting program errors and preparing operating instructions.

• Experience compiling documentation of program development.

• Experience analyzing system capabilities for program intent, output requirements, and input data acquisition.

• Experience with C++ programming language.

• Experience with Git, Docker or Podman, Linux, and ROS.
