Summary:

• Lead development efforts for the New Business Funds (NBF) project team across the Microsoft Power Platform and .NET ecosystem.

• Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365/Power Platform solutions including C#/.NET plugins, custom PCF controls, Azure SQL integrations, virtual entities, and Power Automate workflows.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and agile development teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance concerns, and application defects while balancing enhancement and support priorities.

• Support Agile/Scrum/SAFe activities including PI planning, sprint planning, backlog grooming, story pointing, and daily stand-ups.

• Promote a test-first development approach through unit testing, integration testing, and automated test suite development.

• Produce technical documentation including design documents, implementation guides, release notes, and integration specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including 4+ years focused on Microsoft Power Platform and .NET technologies.

• Strong experience with:

  • C#/.NET (Core or Framework)

  • Dynamics 365 and Power Apps

  • Microsoft Power Platform

  • Power Automate workflow development

  • React and TypeScript for PCF control development

  • Azure SQL Database, T-SQL, schema design, and stored procedures

• Experience developing:

  • Custom plugins

  • Virtual entities

  • APIs and custom connectors

  • Data synchronization solutions

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles and SOLID architecture practices.

• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as MSTest, NUnit, or xUnit.

• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments including PI planning and backlog refinement.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
