Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Plans, conducts, and coordinates software development activities.
Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs software containing logical and mathematical solutions for business or mission problems.
Applies appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the software development life cycle.
Utilizes knowledge of computer hardware and software, subject matter to be programmed, and information processing techniques.
Corrects program errors and prepares operating instructions.
Compiles documentation of program development for software products.
Analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.
Ensures software standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
Applies information gathered from system users to develop software solutions.
Develops software using data processing equipment for business and mission applications.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Experience in software development activities including planning, coordination, and execution.
Experience designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging software for business or mission applications.
Knowledge of computer hardware and software for software development.
Experience applying software development standards, processes, procedures, and tools.
Experience correcting program errors and preparing operating instructions.
Experience compiling documentation of program development.
Experience analyzing system capabilities for program intent, output requirements, and input data acquisition.
Experience in information processing techniques for software development.
Experience ensuring software standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
