Responsibilities
REI Systems is currently migrating from .NET 4.8 to .NET 10 and are looking for a strong .NET developer with hands-on experience in .NET version upgrades. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing code changes that arise during the upgrade process, while simultaneously supporting the transition from SQL Anywhere to SQL Server. The ability to handle both the framework migration and database-related code updates concurrently is essential.

Required Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in .NET application development.
Strong experience with:
C#
ASP.NET Core / MVC
.NET 6/8
SQL Server
Entity Framework and/or Dapper
REST API development
Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a clearance is preferred.
Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week at REI Systems' Sterling, VA office.
