Job Summary:
Nova Biomedical is seeking a Software Engineer Manager to lead a local software development team supporting new product development for Nova’s osmometer platforms. This role will provide on-site leadership in Norwood for the completion of the OsmoPRO Next project and the development of the OsmoPrime and OsmoTECH XT Multi instruments. The Software Engineer Manager will also help bring biotechnology software development capabilities in-house and support the execution of Nova’s software strategy across additional product platforms.
The ideal candidate is a strong software developer and early-career manager with experience leading medical device software through the complete product lifecycle, from development and commercial release through ongoing field support. This position is expected to manage approximately four employees and may oversee both Software Engineering and Software Quality Assurance functions.

Targeted Salary Range: $160k-$185k
