Payrate: $90.00 - $91.00/hr.
 
Summary:
Looking for a software engineer who has experience refactoring machine learning models, working with scientists, and optimizing models for training, evaluation, and other criteria. Specifically seeking a Machine Learning Expert to help us maintain and groom our models on a cutting-edge research project.
 
Responsibilities

• Work on audio-related special projects, including speech-to-text and text-to-speech.
• Collaborate with talented research scientists to decrease training time and increase model efficiency.
• Streamline trainings and models within a team of 20, with daily collaboration with 5 or 6 team members.
• Contribute to high-priority work on current pipeline and projects.

 
Qualifications

• Years of Experience: 4 or 5 minimum
• GPU optimization experience.
• PyTorch experience.
• Python experience.
• Machine learning experience.

 
Skills

• Experience working with scientists.
• Cleaning up models.
• Organizing machine learning code.

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $90.00 - $91.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
