Responsibilities:

o Drive your assigned features through code review, testing, and deployment with support from senior team members
o Start recognizing and raising potential issues or edge cases during implementation
o Develop clean, maintainable code following team standards and patterns
o Write comprehensive unit and integration tests for your code
o Participate actively in code reviews, both giving and receiving constructive feedback
o Debug and fix issues in your own code and occasionally in areas of the codebase you''re less familiar with
o Answer questions and pair program with junior engineers when they need help

o Use CI/CD pipelines and understand how to troubleshoot common deployment issues
o Work with product managers and designers to clarify requirements and understand user needs
o Communicate progress, blockers, and technical challenges to your team
o Participate in technical discussions, asking good questions and contributing ideas
o Document your work so others can understand and maintain your code
o Learn new technologies and patterns relevant to your team''s work
o Identify opportunities to improve code quality and performance in your area
o Suggest process improvements based on your experience
