Deluxe, a leading payments and data company is excited to offer a paid internships in the Minneapolis area to undergraduate students seeking a challenging, meaningful and supportive experience with our technology group. You will be introduced to modern engineering practices and strategies in addition to career counseling and professional development opportunities.

Our forward-looking technology department will provide you with valuable learning opportunities as you share ideas, creativity and curiosity to maximize your experience. The experience will include:

• Participation in âmodern engineeringâ concepts, including AI Incorporation, Human Centered Design and Product Innovation.

• Contributing to technology transformation strategies.

• Use of Agile Development Methodology.

• An understanding of departments that work in tandem with technology

• Uncovering drivers for positive corporate culture and enhanced communication throughout the organization.

• Professional development through peer counseling, mentorship and corporate leadership interactions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors in progress in Computer Science or related field

• Some technology-centric coursework completed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sound analytical and critical thinking skills with a strategic mindset

• Basic understanding of software development methodology

• Microsoft Office skills, including MS Word and Excel

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Curious, self-motivated spirit

• Self-motivated individual who is focused and results oriented

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 hourly. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
