Software Engineer III Full Stack

Title: Software Engineer III – Full Stack
Location: Denver, CO
Duration: 06+ Months Contract
Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour on W2

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications supporting the Fulfillment organization.
• Build scalable and maintainable backend services and APIs using Python.
• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript.
• Work across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements and technical design through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and services.
• Design and implement efficient data access and business logic.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to develop testable, reliable, and high-quality software.
• Partner with DevOps and Cloud Operations to support application deployment, monitoring, scalability, and reliability in AWS.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to engineering standards, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and identify opportunities to improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and other engineers to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Take ownership of assigned features and deliver them with a high degree of independence.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to less-experienced engineers when appropriate.
• Continuously evaluate new technologies, tools, and development practices that can improve the team's effectiveness.
