Description
Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Engineer III to join our team!
The Software Engineer will implement access controls and permission mechanisms that secure critical High-Performance Computing (HPC) system resources, building RBAC/ABAC, identity federation and SSO, and secrets-management integrations with tools such as Keycloak and HashiCorp Vault in a Linux environment, while ensuring compliance with the Agency's security policies and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI + FS Polygraph
Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus five (5) years of experience as a Software Engineer, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity OR
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus seven (7) years of experience as a Software Engineer, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity OR
Nine (9) years of experience as a Software Engineer, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
Required Skills + Experience:
Experience using the Linux CLI
Proficiency in scripting (Bash) to automate tasks and processes
Experience developing software solutions using the Python programming language
Experience implementing RBAC/ABAC for HPC systems
Experience with advanced Linux security administration including PAM, SELinux, file permissions, ACLs, and audit logging.
Experience developing IAM solutions using Keycloak
Experience implementing identity federation and SSO (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2)
Experience developing and maintaining secret management integrations using HashiCorp Vault
Experience developing Ansible playbooks to orchestrate the automation of provisioning HPC hardware and software components
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, PodMan, containerd
Experience with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools including GitLab CI
Experience with Git Source Control System
