Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Engineer II to join our growing team!
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 14+ years of software engineering experience, or 18+ years in lieu of a degree
TS/SCI clearance with a full-scope polygraph
Required Qualifications
Experience with object-oriented programming language constructs
Experience with Linux operating systems (RHEL preferred)
Experience developing with interpreted languages, such as Python
Strong foundation in test-driven development (TDD) practices
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Podman, K8s, Helm charts)
Desired Skills
Go programming language and concurrent/parallel processing patterns
TypeScript and Angular framework for web application development
Stream processing systems (Kafka, Redis Streams, AMQP, Redpanda Connect/Benthos)
Excellent customer relations skills, including managing requirements for feature requests
Web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
Cloud technologies and concepts (AWS preferred)
Agentic development workflows and AI-assisted coding tools
Atlassian suite of tools for project management (Jira, Confluence)
