This position is a
Full-Time, Direct Hire position that is hybrid based in Birmingham, Alabama Day to Day Responsibilities:- Develop and enhance enterprise applications supporting critical business operations.
- Contribute to new application initiatives, enhancements, and feature development across multiple technology platforms.
- Develop application integrations and APIs connecting enterprise systems and business applications.
- Participate in Agile development activities, requirements discussions, technical planning, development, testing, and implementation.
- Work directly with Product Owners, business stakeholders, QA, and technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain existing applications while contributing to new development initiatives.
Position Requirements:- 3+ years of full-stack software development experience with Java or C#, modern JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and enterprise application development.
- Strong communication skills and experience working directly with business stakeholders during requirements gathering.
- Experience working with enterprise applications, ERP systems, cloud platforms, or other complex business technology environments.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with complex business applications or enterprise systems is a plus.
