    Reports to: Director, Integrated Software Services

    Department: Technology

    FLSA Status: Exempt

    Employment Status: Full Time

    Work Location: Hybrid remote work

    Job Overview:

    As a Software Engineer I, you will collaborate closely with experienced engineers to contribute to cutting-edge design, development, and maintenance of software solutions. This role provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth and hands-on experience in software development.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough research on emerging technologies, coding language, user requirements, and software development best practices.
    • Collaborate with senior engineers to write, test, and maintain secure code that aligns with project requirements and coding standards.
    • Actively manage the testing processes, including unit testing and quality assurance, to ensure software solutions are secure, error-free, and ready for deployment.
    • Collaborate closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality software solutions.
    • Continuously develop and enhance your skills and knowledge in software development to stay up-to-date on current technological advancements.
    • Support continuous improvement activities to enhance Software Services integrity.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
