Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Engineer, design, implement, and improve machine learning systems and tools that enable AI research.
Develop platform and framework solutions that support research teams throughout the machine learning lifecycle.
Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and cross-functional partners to support model training, data collection, evaluation, and research deployment.
Contribute code across the full development lifecycle, from experimentation through production-ready implementation.
Troubleshoot machine learning systems, infrastructure, and research workflows.
Write clean, scalable, and robust code that supports research initiatives and product integration.
Requirements
Experience developing machine learning algorithms or machine learning infrastructure.
Proficiency in Python and PyTorch and/or C/C++.
Exposure to deep learning environments supporting AI/ML model development.
Strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to produce maintainable, high-quality code.
Ability to work effectively within highly collaborative and interdisciplinary technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated software engineering accomplishments through professional experience, coding competitions, personal projects, or open-source contributions.
Experience contributing to publicly available repositories or widely used GitHub projects.
Exposure to large-scale machine learning frameworks or research environments.
Advanced degree in a related technical discipline is a plus.
