Software Engineer I - AI Applications
We're looking for an early-career software engineer who enjoys building software, learning new technologies, and solving real business problems. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced software engineers to develop enterprise applications that leverage modern AI technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. This role is designed for developers who have a strong technical foundation and want to grow their skills in enterprise software development, cloud technologies, and practical AI implementation.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We're looking for developers who are passionate about building quality software and continuously learning. You don't need years of AI experience. We're far more interested in candidates with strong programming fundamentals, curiosity, and a desire to learn how modern AI can be used to build better business applications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
0-3 years of professional software development experience (internships and co-ops considered).
Strong programming skills in Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
Familiarity with Git and source control.
Basic understanding of REST APIs and SQL.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.
The physical activity and work environment for this role includes
Travel as needed
Standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time in an office environment
Manual dexterity in the use of computers and other equipment
Lift and carry office equipment
Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
