Their platform leverages AI to automate every stage of the transaction process—from appraisals and documentation to logistics and sales—helping municipalities, public safety agencies, and commercial organizations complete transactions in a fraction of the traditional time.
Backed by Y Combinator, Initialized Capital, FJ Labs, and other leading investors, the company has grown rapidly to more than 35 employees while increasing revenue tenfold over the past year. As an early engineering hire, you'll help build AI-powered internal systems that dramatically improve how the company identifies customers, automates sales workflows, and scales go-to-market operations.
What You Will Do
- Build full-stack internal products that accelerate sales, marketing, and customer acquisition.
- Design and develop data pipelines that transform fragmented industry data into high-quality sales opportunities.
- Create AI-powered workflows and autonomous agents that automate prospecting, lead qualification, routing, and outbound sales processes.
- Build internal tools that significantly improve the productivity of sales and operations teams.
- Develop integrations with CRM platforms, marketing systems, and third-party data providers.
- Apply LLMs and AI models to extract insights from unstructured documents, phone calls, PDFs, and legacy systems.
- Design scalable backend services, APIs, and databases supporting growth infrastructure.
- Partner closely with sales, operations, and leadership to identify bottlenecks and rapidly ship impactful solutions.
- Own projects from initial concept through deployment with minimal oversight.
- Contribute to product strategy by identifying opportunities to leverage AI throughout the go-to-market organization.
Ideal Background
- 2–5 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
- Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience shipping production software within early-stage, VC-backed startups.
- Proven ability to own features or systems from design through deployment.
- Experience building internal tools, workflow automation, or AI-powered productivity applications.
- Strong product mindset with the ability to solve ambiguous business problems independently.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field from a U.S. university.
- Strong academic background and demonstrated engineering excellence.
Preferred
- Experience at Seed through Series C startups, particularly marketplace or AI companies.
- Experience applying LLMs, AI agents, or automation tools to business workflows.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or similar GTM tooling.
- Experience building customer-facing SaaS products alongside internal operational tools.
- Portfolio of personal projects, GitHub repositories, or side projects demonstrating technical curiosity.
- Previous founder or early employee experience at a startup.
- Strong system design skills spanning frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
- Passion for AI, marketplaces, and building products that directly impact business growth.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $150,000–$250,000.
