    About the role

    Hiring a full-stack/founding engineers to join our team and focused on product engineering and shipping new features

    Things youll be working on

    Architecting and implementing full-stack product features in Typescript/React/Node is the core of what you'll be doing. Real examples include -

    Platform

    • Building sandbox infrastructure for our agents (managing secrets, proxies, and compute)

    • Building an eval framework for our models

    • Launching an analytics platform on ClickHouse/MSK that consumes millions of events per day

    • Building an agentic workflow orchestration architecture

    • Building a public API for Replo/Slack bots

    • Overhauling our billing system to support arbitrary usage-based billing

    Programs

    • Enabling customers to buy domains directly through Replo

    • Building agent-driven insight reporting for businesses

    • Building a full product-customizer UI for custom print-on-demand products

    Looking for someone who

    • Can be in office 4-5 days/week in San Francisco

    • Is proficient in Typescript/React/Node

    • Uses Cursor/Claude Code to accelerate their work

    • Has built products 0 -> 1 with real users and revenue

    • Is OK operating independently without product/design

    • Is ALWAYS SHIPPING. We dont spend weeks planning features at Replo

    • Has a product and customer-focused mindset

    • Has experience being burned by deployment and maintenance issues. If you have a a strong opinion on how products should be built, that's good

    • Values writing clean, maintainable software, including documentation (e.g. the code needs to be correct and run fast, but we're the ones that have to read it and understand it)

    • Is comfortable with ambiguity and defining software architecture patterns to solve customer pain points

    Bonus points if you

    • Have a CS degree or formal computer science/STEM backend

    • Have started a company before

    • Enjoy attending hackathons

    • Worked at an early-stage (Series A or earlier) startup previously

    • Have not wasted hours interview-prepping on Leetcode

    • Have an eye for visual design (or past experience in product design, Figma, etc).
