Overview

Core Responsibilities

Develop, integrate, support, test, and debug software across multiple platforms and host environments.
Support software integration across aircraft software, high-fidelity simulators, laboratory environments, physical hardware, and system-level models.
Develop and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines to maintain reliable and reproducible software builds.
Design and develop automation frameworks using open-source, commercial, and internally developed tools.
Support virtual development laboratories and aircraft software development workflows.
Collaborate with engineers, scientists, customers, and cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Participate in daily scrums, sprint reviews, technical demonstrations, and other Agile development activities.
Lead software projects and contribute to improvements in automation infrastructure, software integration, and build processes.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a STEM discipline, or equivalent experience.
Experience programming in C++ and/or Java.
Experience developing software in Linux environments.
Experience working with simulation software environments.
Active Secret clearance with an investigation completed within the last 5 years or current Continuous Evaluation enrollment.

Preferred Skills or Experience

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
Experience with real-time software development and integration.
Python programming experience.
Experience supporting software development for airborne systems.
Experience with aircraft sensors, datalinks, navigation systems, and/or weapons systems.
Experience with Open Mission Systems.
Experience leading software development or integration projects.
