    Description: Software Integration Engineer Sr, driving the full technology development lifecycle from system and software design to collaboration, automation tooling, infrastructure upgrades, and seamless software integration. You ll work across a diverse set of host environments, including aircraft software, high fidelity simulators, and lab setups that blend constructive simulations, physical hardware, and system level models.

    Your Core Responsibilities:
    - **Develop, integrate, support, and debug** cutting edge software across multiple platforms.
    - **Own and troubleshoot** CI/CD pipelines, ensuring builds are fast, reliable, and reproducible.
    - **Champion virtual development labs** and aircraft software workflows, keeping them nimble and user friendly.
    - **Design and build** automation frameworks using a mix of open source, commercial, and in house tools letting you experiment with the latest technologies.
    - **Engage daily** in scrums, sprint reviews, and technical demos, sharing progress and learning with the team.

    Basic Qualifications :
    " Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college/university in a STEM discipline (or equivalent experience)
    " Experience programming in C++ and/or Java
    " Experience developing software on Linux
    " Experience with simulation software environments

    Desired skills :
    " Experience with CI tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Bitbucket
    " Experience with Real-time software development and integration
    " Experience programming in Python
    " A strong interest in supporting software development for airborne systems
    " Experience with aircraft sensors, datalinks, navigation, and/or weapons
    " Experience with Open Mission Systems
    " Experience leading software projects
