    Job Summary:

    Delegata is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Software Engineer with extensive expertise in systems analysis, database development, and programming. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electronic data processing, business systems design, and Oracle PL/SQL development, and will have leadership roles in prior projects.

    Desirable Qualifications:

    • Experience in Electronic Data Processing: 7+ years in systems study, design, and programming, with 6+ years in a lead capacity.
    • Systems Analysis: 7+ years of experience in systems analysis, specification development, and documentation.
    • Oracle Development: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle database development.
    • Programming: 7+ years of experience with languages such as PL/SQL, Python, and/or Java for data manipulation and integration.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead system study, analysis, and design initiatives for large-scale IT projects.
    • Conduct data modeling and develop database components using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and deliver robust solutions.
    • Troubleshoot complex system and data issues, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
    • Write technical specifications, process documentation, and system architecture diagrams.
    • Ensure performance optimization and implement security best practices in all developed systems.
    • Mentor junior developers and analysts on best practices, coding standards, and methodologies.

    Education:

    • Bachelors or Master's degree or Ph.D. in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
