WhatYou’llBring

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience developing and delivering production software.

• Experience building full-stack applications, APIs, and web-based solutions using modern development frameworks and technologies.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, and collaborative development practices including Git and code reviews.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills witha track recordof delivering high-quality solutions.

• An ownership mindset with experienceleveragingAI-powered development tools and an AI-first approach to software engineering.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure automation, or deployment processes.

• Experience integrating AI or GenAI capabilities into software products, workflows, or customer-facing solutions.

• Familiarity with modern architecture patterns, including REST APIs, microservices, and scalable cloud-native applications.

• Experience supporting high-availability SaaS platforms, application security initiatives, observability tools, or working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
