What You Will Do
Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure and systems for delivering AI agents to end users.
Collaborate with founding team members across engineering and product to define technical requirements and architecture.
Own features end-to-end, from initial design through deployment and iteration.
Contribute to foundational engineering decisions that will influence the product for years to come.
Identify and resolve performance, reliability, and scalability challenges in agent delivery pipelines.
Help establish engineering best practices, tooling, and processes as the team grows.
Ideal Candidate Background
0–4 years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on backend development.
Proven ability to build and ship software in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
Strong foundational understanding of software engineering principles and system design.
Comfort working in areas of uncertainty, making thoughtful decisions without a complete playbook.
A collaborative mindset with clear communication skills, especially in small team settings.
Preferred
Prior experience at an early-stage startup or in a founding/seed-stage environment.
Exposure to building or working with AI-powered systems, LLM pipelines, or agent frameworks.
Experience with distributed systems, APIs, or real-time delivery infrastructure.
Compensation and Benefits
