The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Tools Engineering team is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Software Engineer 4 (AI Test Engineer) to support the development and delivery of next-generation AI-enabled identity solutions. This role will focus on quality engineering, test automation, AI/ML validation, and enterprise application testing for strategic IAM initiatives including access automation, identity governance, self-service access management, and AI-driven identity platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software engineering, automated testing, AI/ML validation, and modern web application development utilizing React and Java. This individual will partner closely with engineers, product owners, business stakeholders, and end users to develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies that ensure secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions within a highly regulated enterprise environment.
This position requires a proven ability to design and develop automation frameworks, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, validate AI model behavior, and drive quality initiatives across enterprise modernization programs.

Support AI operationalization initiatives by validating model performance and reliability throughout the software development lifecycle.
Automation Engineering & DevOps
Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for enterprise web applications and AI/ML workflows.
Create test automation solutions using:

Related modern development technologies
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines utilizing tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
Develop reusable automation components that improve quality coverage and testing effectiveness.
Support DevOps and DevSecOps initiatives through automated quality controls and continuous testing practices.
Partner with engineering teams to improve automation framework adoption and test execution reliability.
IAM & Enterprise Platform Testing
Support testing and validation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) applications and platforms.
Validate functionality supporting:
Access Automation
Enterprise Access Request Portals
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Identity Governance
Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC)
Agentic Identity Initiatives
Ensure seamless integration between identity platforms, APIs, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
Partner with business and technology teams to validate security controls and access management functionality within highly regulated environments.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, military experience, training, or education.
5+ years of software testing experience supporting enterprise web applications.
Strong software development experience utilizing:
React

Experience supporting enterprise IAM applications, automation initiatives, and large-scale technology modernization efforts.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
