Role: Senior Software Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Strong experience in Java and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and React JS
• Experience working on Linux servers
• Knowledge of Oracle DB
• Experience with Perl/Shell scripting
• Familiarity with Autosys
• Understanding of Wholesale Banking domain
• Knowledge of wire transfer processing

Job Description:

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex Software Engineering initiatives and deliverables.
• Contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering efforts.
• Review and analyze moderately complex technical challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Provide solutions to moderately complex issues while collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
• Leverage understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements in all deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with client personnel and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality benchmarks, and enterprise guidelines.
• Support production activities, troubleshooting, and issue resolution when needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement of development processes and practices.
