    Key job responsibilities

    • Own the outcomes of a team delivering high-impact software that enables secure, reliable internet connectivity for millions of customer workloads
    • Manage team performance, career development, and growth through regular coaching, mentorship, and feedback
    • Build and execute technical roadmaps in partnership with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure the right work is prioritized and delivered on time
    • Evaluate trade-offs between operational excellence and feature development, balancing short-term needs with long-term architectural goals
    • Inspire a positive, inclusive team culture and working environment where engineers deliver their best work
    • Drive engineering best practices including code quality, testing, CI/CD, and operational readiness
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with networking, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver integrated solutions
