    • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies that align with product vision and customer use cases, working closely with Product Management, Software Engineering, and User Experience design teams
    • Design and implement automated test frameworks that enable teams to scale testing efforts and maintain quality across regression testing cycles
    • Leverage AI-powered testing tools to efficiently test features, identify issues, and streamline the debugging and triage process
    • Execute both manual and automated testing against developed test plans, ensuring features meet quality standards before customer release
    • Contribute to the team"s technical vision by identifying automation opportunities to improve toolchains, automation capabilities, and testing methodologies, enabling CI/CD for releases

    As a Software Development Engineer in Test, you"ll focus on building tools that eases the test process and automating the test across our Alexa device ecosystem. Your day might include collaborating with Product Management and Software Engineering teams to understand upcoming features, designing automation strategies from day-1 of the project that capture real customer scenarios, and executing both manual and automated tests. You"ll use AI-powered tools to streamline testing workflows, investigate issues when they arise, fix defects, and continuously refine our automation frameworks. You"ll also partner with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met before features reach customers, taking ownership of both the strategic planning and hands-on execution of your testing approach.
