Job Summary:This role involves contributing to the development of a new system of record for employee compensation, impacting a large-scale project. You will be responsible for creating robust solutions and improving existing systems that track compensation for a significant portion of the company's workforce. The position offers a unique opportunity to work on critical, high-impact projects within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fixes for internally developed software issues.
- Design and build monitoring solutions for production applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug code written in Java, C++, and Perl.
- Improve systems for gathering feature metrics and performance data.
- Automate support processes and contribute to system documentation.
Must-Have Skills:- Proficiency in Java and JavaScript development.
- Experience with AWS services like DynamoDB and Lambda.
- Strong database technology experience.
Industry Experience:- Experience in human capital management systems or similar enterprise software solutions is preferred.
