Requirements:
2+ years of software development experience and building analytics capabilities
Strong desire and 2+ years of experience working directly with a trading desk (fixed income, FX, equities, or commodities)
Business-focused mindset
Exceptional communication skills
Stellar CS educational background
Ability to come to the New York office 3 times a week
Pluses:
Projects leadership experience
Experience with Java-stack development
Strong knowledge of Python
