Software Developer - IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities (MREF, formerly IBM Tririga)

Introduction

This position is for a software developer for an on-premise installation of IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities (MREF, formerly IBM Tririga). The ideal candidate should have knowledge of TRIRIGA, MREF & Platforms, including IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform, IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities on Maximo Application Suite (MAS), and other related modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

• Proficiency in AIPGEE, REST APIs, Apache POI, Java, JSON, Azure
• Experience with server-side languages like Java, Python, or C#
• Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB
• 10 years in IT; 8 years in software development
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)

• Knowledge of TRIRIGA and MREF data models
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and platform migration
• Familiarity with HR data flows and facilities management

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)

• Engage with customers to understand their use-cases and requirements
• Solve complex problems by designing, developing, and delivering using various tools, languages, frameworks, and technologies
• Design, develop, and maintain back-end applications like APIs and microservices
• Collaborate with front-end developers and cross-functional teams
• Manage application deployment, health and performance monitoring, and security hardening
• Optimize back-end infrastructure and deployment practices
• Support security practices to safeguard user data
