    Job Title: Full Stack Developer (React, Node.js, AWS)

    Location: Charlotte, NC (601 S. Tryon Street)

    Duration: 6 Months

    Experience Required: 5-8 Years

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React.js, Node.js, and AWS Lambda to join a dynamic, agile engineering team. The developer will be responsible for building scalable front-end and back-end solutions, integrating APIs, automating workflows, and driving innovation using cloud-native technologies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack applications using React.js and Node.js.

    • Design and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.

    • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using JavaScript/TypeScript.

    • Build and automate workflows using scripting and automation tools.

    • Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving across applications.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

    • Work with cloud technologies, primarily AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, etc.).

    • Support CI/CD, test automation, and cloud-native implementation patterns.

    • Use tools such as Jira and ServiceNow for work management and tracking.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 4+ years' experience in full-stack development with React.js and Node.js.

    • 3+ years in API development and integration.

    • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and automation scripting.

    • Hands-on experience with automation tools and platforms.

    • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication skills.

    • Bachelor's degree in STEM or 7+ years of equivalent experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with AWS, Azure, or other public cloud platforms.

    • Knowledge of cloud-native patterns and architectures.

    • Experience integrating with Generative AI or ML services.

    • Familiarity with test automation tools like Cypress, Jest, etc.

    • Understanding of enterprise change management processes.
