Job Overview
HCSC is seeking an experienced Intelligent Automation Sr. Developer to develop, support, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and Azure AI/Foundry. This role will focus on expanding automation capabilities, improving operational efficiency, and supporting healthcare claims processes through Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, translate business requirements and architectural direction into scalable solutions, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure high-quality automation delivery. Participation in an on-call rotation may be required.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, enhance, support, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and Azure AI/Foundry.
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and high-quality automation solutions aligned with business requirements and architectural standards.
- Serve as a technical lead in identifying appropriate solution approaches within the UiPath environment.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and automation workflows.
- Configure applications and systems to support automation implementations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure successful automation outcomes.
