Description
The selected candidate will
- Perform Java web application development
- Participate in team meetings, discuss development specifications, and contribute ideas and thoughts
- Interpret program specifications and use cases and develop solutions using a Java IDE
- Prepare technical documentation, solution prototypes, conduct demonstrations of work in progress
- Provide mentoring to State staff and other contract resources in all tools as required
- Provide troubleshooting and end-user support and problem resolution.
Mandatory Qualifications| 1 | 84 months experience with writing Java application software for data access, data structures, data manipulation and databases. |
| 2 | 48 months development experience in the FileNet Suite of products. |
| 3 | 60 months assisting and/or leading in the design of program specifications to implement software solutions. |
| 4 | 60 months experience with application standard design patterns (J2EE) to solve complex business problems. |
| 5 | 84 months experience providing WebSphere and JBOSS Enterprise Application Server services, Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration and mainframe integration development experience. |
| 6 | 84 months experience analyzing business processes and workflows and working with non-technical staff to develop system specifications and resolve problems. |
| 7 | 48 months experience with use of XML and web services in a J2EE environment. |
| 8 | 60 months performing testing and implementation, and preparing technical and user documentation, software conversions. |
| 9 | 24 months experience working with/developing Java solutions with a Web security protocol using LDAP and Okta. |
| 10 | 48 months experience in configuration management utilities for Java applications. |
