Job Summary:
We are seeking a Software Development Engineer to help automate manual workflows in aerospace and geospatial operations. This role involves transforming processes into efficient, reliable, and scalable software systems. You will work at the intersection of aviation operations and cloud-native software engineering.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain software systems to automate manual processes.
- Create reusable and scalable automation playbooks.
- Implement data validation for automation quality and integrity.
- Troubleshoot and monitor automated processes for reliability.
- Collaborate on continuous improvement of systems and tools.
Must-Have Skills:- Experience in designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using Java
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Perl, Ruby)
- Experience in aviation, aerospace, or drone operations
Industry Experience:
This role requires experience in aviation, aerospace, or drone operations to effectively support the launch of advanced delivery systems.
