Key Responsibilities: Must have skills: - P&C insurance processes , Global Delivery Models End-to-End Delivery Leadership (P&C Portfolio) P&C Core System Modernization Global Delivery Model (Onshore + Offshore) Delivery Discipline, Governance & Metrics Claims, Operations & Production Reliability Focus AI-Enabled Delivery and Insurance Innovation Stakeholder & Client Leadership Financial & Commercial Accountability Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 12+ years of experience in software delivery, including 5+ years leading large P&C delivery portfolios Deep expertise in P&C insurance processes and systems, including policy, claims, billing, and underwriting Proven leadership of onshore/offshore global delivery models Demonstrated track record delivering: Core system modernization, Large transformation program, Managed services and/or product delivery Strong experience in Agile, DevOps, and enterprise-scale delivery governance Experience with leading P&C platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar ecosystems) Experience in catastrophe readiness, claims surge operations, or high-scale transaction systems Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements across US P&C markets Experience implementing AI-enabled SDLC and insurance use case Advanced degree in a related field is a plus Relevant certifications or training a plus Our client is a leading global Information Technology (IT) Services and IT Consulting Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar fulltime positions.
