Description
The consultant must work within a designated team and coordinate with multiple developers in a technical team setting and perform expert-level PeopleSoft Application Architect and Development Support tasks including:
- Develop complex PeopleSoft programs and provide technical guidance to one or more developers and cross functional team members.
- Perform research and provide technical direction to meet business needs with a focus on the Human Capital Management module as well as PeopleSoft Interaction Hub (Portal).
- Analyze and assess the need for customizations versus workaround with delivered functionality.
- Participate in Process Improvement work groups with customer agencies as needed
- Analyze, research, and document Business rules for legacy application functions.
- Program in Oracle Structured Query language (SQL) to resolve data issues and diagnose problems.
- Provide and implement recommendations for Security at the Interaction Hub level and user access level
- Produce documentation such as technical and functional documentation, job aids as well as detailed options documentation based on the requirements gathered from the customer.
- Engage in migrations utilizing Phire and Application Designer
- Administer and configure Phire
- Provide support for environment upgrade activities.
- Work in coordination with customers to resolve user-based issues.
- Assist with end user training efforts as needed.
Mandatory Qualifications| 1 | 84 months of experience developing customizations, interfaces, and programs in a PeopleSoft environment developing with PeopleTools. |
| 2 | 84 months of experience using Workflow configuration with Approval Workflow Engine (AWE). |
| 3 | 84 months of experience with administering PeopleSoft Interaction Hub 9.1 and Unified Navigation |
| 4 | 84 months of programming experience configuring and customizing Smart HR Templates and Application Packages. |
| 5 | 84 months of experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker. |
| 6 | 84 months of experience with Phire administration and migration tasks. |
| 7 | 84 months of experience using SQL against an Oracle relational database to support PeopleSoft related tasks working in a UNIX environment. |
| 8 | 84 months of programming experience with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) version 9.2 |
| 9 | 84 months of experience with PeopleSoft Security Administration |
| 10 | 48 months of experience with PeopleTools Upgrade and HCM Application PUM Upgrade |
