Software Applications Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled professional to contribute to the design, development, and modification of computer applications and programs. The goal is to ensure these applications effectively and efficiently meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for C.Core, Plex, and SAP users, including report creation and development.
• Manage and troubleshoot SAP/Plex/C.Core interface schedules and errors.
• Collaborate with team members and software vendors throughout all phases of software implementation, including requirements gathering, testing, and support.
• Perform database maintenance and troubleshooting for SQL servers.
• Address additional issues and take on other responsibilities as they arise.
• Engage in departmental projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• An Associate's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or relevant experience with Plex, SAP, and/or EDI.
• At least 4 years of experience in an Application Engineering role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products.
• Experience with SQL databases and Windows operating systems.
• Ability to write query-based reports.
