Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Head Softball Coach to oversee our High School program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching, a passion for mentoring young athletes, and the ability to develop a successful and inclusive team culture. They will also be charged with the task of working with our youth program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs for athletes at all skill levels (in season and out of season).
• Organize and lead practices, games, and team meetings.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that promotes sportsmanship and personal growth.
• Collaborate with athletic staff, parents, and the community to support student-athlete success on and off the field.
• Manage game strategy, player development, and in-game decision-making.
• Maintain compliance with all WIAA, Packerland, and SBSD policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Mentor student-athletes in academics and personal development.
