Job Summary: T3i is seeking a part-time Soft Tissue Therapist to support the initial standup of a human performance team in a military setting. As a Soft Tissue Therapist, you will be responsible for providing massage therapy and soft-tissue work for student pilots, instructor pilots, and other Air Force personnel. Additionally, this position will work in coordination with the Human Performance Team to ensure that there is a seamless integration of pilot care throughout the organization. Soft Tissue Therapists will have daily contact and interaction with AF trainees and military leadership, as well as other staff members, contractors, and vendors. As such, the selected party must adhere to the highest standards of personal conduct throughout the course of their daily activities with trainees, customers, and teammates.
