Travel - Social Worker - Social Work

Shift - 8H Day 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM
Facility: Beverly Hospital
Position Description: Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments these guaranteed hours do not include any "on-call time worked
Comments And Notes: BILH coversheet required at time of submission.
Medical Social Worker - Beverly & Addison Gilbert Hospital (floating possible)
8H days with weekends 8-4:30.
Medical social work experience, including case management and discharge planning required.
Flu vaccine required during onboarding. MA license required at time of submissions.
Requirements: A Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) Current Massachusetts Social Work licensure (LCSW/LICSW). A minimum of one year related experience in a hospital environment and/or with transferable skills that apply to a fast-paced and high-urgency setting. Ability to triage crises and collaborate/coordinate with collateral agencies. Experience with protective services, child welfare, long term care, crisis intervention, chronic illness, hospice care, substance use disorders and psychiatric illnesses a plus.
