Description

Liquid Personnel are currently working exclusively alongside Rutland council to recruit for social workers to join their Referral and Assessment. This role is ideal for a qualified social worker who is looking for a new challenge within a very stable local authority.

Rutland is a small local authority that offer a very supportive management structure, small manageable caseloads and a great work life balance to go alongside their GOOD Ofsted rating.

Duties of a Referral and Assessment social worker

  • To participate in three weekly duty and contact and referral duty system
  • Provide specialist duty cover when required
  • Hold short term CiN plans and CP cases
  • Attend team meetings are and participate in team development
  • Work closely with other professionals such as the police and healthcare

Key requirements for the role
