Our Oncology team is seeking a Social Worker to evaluateand respondto the needs of individuals and/or their families. They providecare based on the documented clinical assessment of the patients needs, which includes a culturally sensitive assessment of biophysical, psychosocial, environmental educational,and discharge planningfactors. Will also developclinical formulation that is based on assessment data and grounded in clinically sound theory that directs treatment toward individualized, solution-focused interventions. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Social Work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). Current Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Five years of experience as a psychotherapist with a strong background in individual treatment including counseling individuals with chemical dependencies. Three years of medical social work experience.
