Seeking a Master's-level Social Worker to support inpatient services. This full-time role focuses on assisting patients with psychosocial needs, discharge planning, and coordinating care across the healthcare continuum.
Position Highlights:
- Provide crisis intervention and short-term counseling for patients and families
- Facilitate discharge planning in collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams
- Assist patients in accessing medical and community resources

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling Psychology
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Worker or Counselor
- Hospital experience (2+ years) preferred
Compensation:
- Salary range: $85,904 – $133,348 annually
