Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT or similar
- Desire to work a team approach with at-risk youth and families and value diversity and inclusion
- Ability to learn and use computer software applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Essential Responsibilities: - Provide mental health services to at-risk children and adolescents with mental health diagnoses
- Develop client-focused treatment plans
- Complete daily progress notes and other Medicaid documentation within proper timeframes
- Triage and coordinate the mental health needs of clients and schools
- Provide individual and small group support for identified students.
- Support and coordination with families/guardians.
- Collaboration with community agencies on behalf of students or district program initiatives
- Consultation and coordination with school staff and administration on behalf of students
